Standard Package Description:

  • Place and finish topsoil install to meet final grade elevations.
  • Installation of professional landscape edging in shrub bed.
  • Supply and install of 6 shrubs (2 gal.)
  • Supply and install of one 2-inch calliper deciduous tree or one 6' coniferous tree.
  • Supply and install of sod.
  • Bobcat and Labourers to complete landscaping work.

Please note:

  • If the landscape package from your builder only includes front yard landscape but you would like to complete full yard, please contact our office for a quote to accommodate the full yard.
  • Trees are only guaranteed for one year after install (Warranty limited to a one time replacement within a year after install with the exception of 3rd party damage).
  • Due to availability, if choosing a tree please give us two alternative choices.
